A quick recipe, simple and available to anyone. It goes fast and is very good.

  • -1 puff pastry package
  • -200 gr sausages stick (spicy or not)
  • -1 or
  • -2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Thaw the puff pastry dough.

When you can work with it, cut it into squares (you have to get 25 pieces).

The sausage must be cut to have the length of the dough, the length of the square (about 1.5 cm long)

On each square we put a piece of sausage and roll.

We prepare a tray, which we cover with baking paper and place the rolls in it.

Beat the egg in a bowl with a little salt and grease each roll separately. Sprinkle sesame seeds over them (optionally other seeds can be used) and put in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

They can be served hot or cold and are perfect to place with other appetizers on a plate.
