We boil the chicken breast with the carrot and an onion (I also put a little celery so I put its juice in the fridge). After it boiled, I took them out to cool.

Meanwhile, clean a large red onion and cut it into small pieces, put the onion oil in the pan and let it cook, put the diced pepper and the carrot. After it has softened, add the diced chicken breast, mix well, add the eggs and cheese, mix quickly so that the egg does not clot.

We take a tray, grease it with melted butter, place the sheets one by one greased with butter, put the filling in the middle, gather the sheets hanging outside the tray like a package, put them with butter and put the other sheets on top (I I had a package with six sheets, I put four down and two up). After we finish with the sheets, before putting it in the oven, with a knife we cut it into portions (we don't put it in the oven uncut because the sheets swell in the middle).

I wish you good luck.

5. In a skillet with a little hot oil, fry the onion until golden brown.

Chicken breast and mushroom pie

With my hand on my heart I must admit that I was inspired by the chicken pie recently posted by Nadia1976, initially I thought of presenting mine also there but when I saw that apart from the chest and mushrooms the rest is a bit different . I said put it here

I had some pie sheets that were tangling in my freezer so I found them useful

pie sheets
chicken breast (about 1 and 1/2) cut into cubes
mushrooms (250g I used) cut into slices
onion (I used green, 2 bunches) finely chopped
sour cream (2-3 tablespoons)
diced bell peppers
3 eggs
1/2 glass of whipped milk (put what you want)
dill, parsley (one link from each)
salt pepper

laolata ingredients except those you do not see (eggs, sour cream.)

so I put butter in the pan

then I put the meat, salt, pepper

I left it there until it changed color and the cubes crumpled

I took it out of the pan to make room for the other ingredients that were just waiting to be stirred.

I hardened it a little and then I put the pepper in it (I like bell pepper almost in everything) to keep it company

then I put them on, the mushrooms

I left them there until the mushrooms dropped, that's what they looked like

I brought the meat back among the participants, mixed it and put the cream

then I let them change impressions and tastes over low heat for about 10 minutes

two beaten eggs because I thought my composition was scattered

I lined the tray with some of the pie sheets, I greased it with a little butter before, I stubbornly used the tart form.

I added the wonders, mixed, friendly, cheerful

and I wrapped them with another part of sheets, here I did something, I don't know if they were good, yes, I put some, I put a little whipped milk, I spread it over, and then I put them and for the rest, I did this because I was afraid the sheets would harden too much

now it is in the oven, it is pampered hot, I will come back with the most important part, the end only to have a little patience
Anyway, there's a smell of saliva in the house more than Pavlov's dog

If you haven't heard of the famous Chicken Pot Pie, all you need to know is that it's an American pie known all over the world, stuffed with vegetables (most often: celery, carrots and peas) and chicken, all mixed with a thick sauce. This pie is completely covered, like a closed container (& # 8216pot & # 8217). It is tasty, nutritious and in my opinion can be served cold or hot, at lunch, as an appetizer, at breakfast and even in the evening.

You need a round bowl for tart or pie and 1/2 kg of dough (bought or made - I quickly made it from 400 g flour, 1 egg, 100 g butter, a little yeast that I then mixed I filled it with water until a good dough was formed).

For a tray with a diameter of about 30 cm, we used:

1 chicken breast

400 g vegetables (celery, carrot, peas)

1 small onion

3 tablespoons butter

250 g chicken soup or water

salt pepper

I hardened the onion in butter then I added the diced breast and after a few minutes the vegetables. I had in the freezer a bag with a mixture of vegetables that had, in addition to what I told you above, corn, green beans and peppers. If you put fresh vegetables, cut them into cubes and leave them on the fire a little longer. After you have added the vegetables, pour the chicken soup and flour, season and leave on the fire until it thickens a little. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out two thin sheets. Place one of the sheets in the shape of a tart, pour the composition and then place the other sheet. Join the edges of the two sheets, cut the top sheet in a few places to allow the air to come out and grease with a little egg. Leave in the oven 30 & # 8242 until golden brown. When it is ready, let it cool for a few minutes then you can cut it and serve it immediately!

6 & # 8211 8 servings

2 puff pastry sheets
800 gr boneless and skinned chicken breast
4 eggs
100 gr of grated telemea (optional)
A handful of chopped parsley
A handful of chopped dill
The tails from a bunch of chopped green onions
A tablespoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoons semolina
A tablespoon of olive oil
An egg yolk
Salt pepper

The chicken breast is boiled in water with a little salt. Froth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cover and leave to cool. In a bowl, mix the minced chicken, the 4 eggs, onion, greens, telemeau, olive oil and tomato paste and season to taste with salt and pepper.
In a tray lined with baking paper, spread the first sheet of dough and powder with a thin layer of semolina. (This will prevent the dough underneath to remain raw). The meat composition obtained is stretched and leveled and then covered with two sheets of dough. Spread the beaten egg yolk with a little water on top. Bake in a medium hot oven (180 degrees) for about 30 minutes (or until the pie comes off the edges and is browned)
