How to prepare muffins:

In a bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder.

In another bowl mix the sugar, butter, orange peel, vanilla essence, orange juice and two eggs.

We mix the two compositions above (we add the dry composition to the wet one) and now we add the milk at room temperature.

We fill the muffin tins and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

We prepare the strawberry filling:

We cut the fruits into large pieces with sugar, 1 tablespoon of orange juice and a teaspoon of starch.

Put this mixture on the stove over low heat, until a thick mixture of strawberries is formed with which we will fill the muffins.

Remove the muffins from the oven and remove a little of their core with a fine knife.

Fill the middle with the strawberry mixture.

Garnish with whipped cream and fresh caspuni.
