I made Spaghetti with chicken breast, without frying the meat. I had chicken breast. It is more tender and I preferred to boil it.

  • 250 g.spaghette
  • half a chicken breast (about 350g.)
  • a big onion
  • 300g. Tomato juice
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 200g. cheese or cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Spaghetti with chicken breast:

For the beginning I dug the meat, cut it into cubes and boiled it in salted water.

I cut the garlic or lightly crushed it in a pan greased with a little olive oil. I added chopped onion and I hardened them until they softened. I poured tomato juice and boiled meat, salt and pepper on them. , letting them boil a few times.

I boiled the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Assembling on a plate: pasta, meat with sauce and preferably cheese or grated cheese.

Spaghetti with chicken breast

300 g slightly thicker spaghetti
1 cube of butter
1 box sm & acircnt & acircnă (100-150 ml)

1 chicken breast
salt pepper
1 beaten egg
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green onion
1 red onion

Boil water with a little salt. When the water boils, add the spaghetti.

Let them boil until they penetrate.

Then rinse them with cold water and add them to another heat-resistant saucepan in which you put a cube of butter.

Mix them well and add sm & acircnt & acircna and a little grated cheese.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes (do not brown).

Meanwhile, prepare the chicken breast (boneless): salt and pepper.

Prepare a mixture of a well beaten egg, salt, pepper and a little rosemary.

Take the chicken breast and give it a little more flour through a little flour, then through the egg mixture and then through the breadcrumbs.

Put it on the frying pan and leave it until it is penetrated on one side and on the other.

On a plate, add more spices to the spaghetti, then the green onion, red onion and finely chopped yellow bell pepper, then place sliced ​​chicken breast over it.

How to prepare Greek chicken soup

Put the chicken in a large pot and fill with water until the chicken is completely covered. Put 2-3 pinches of salt and make sure that, as the foam is collected, we collect it with a kitchen spatula and remove it. This is one of the secrets that gives the good taste of this Greek chicken soup recipe: we do not keep all the fat that the chicken leaves during cooking.

After the chicken has been boiling for about 30 minutes, add the diced vegetables, bay leaves and dill. If we let the dill boil, it will give a stronger flavor to the whole Greek chicken soup and will "cut" the taste of the fat. The next step is to slow down the oven, cover with a lid and simmer until the soup and vegetables are ready.

Choked chicken breast in Chardonnay

I was telling you a little before a vegetable curry. For carnivores, I have the slightly heavier version but not so "heavy": with chicken breast. (Bracket: goes with pork. Pork chop, not pork breast.)

What do you need?

  • ½ boneless and skinless chicken breast (about 350 - 400 g)
  • ½ spoon (about 7-8 g of olive oil or grape seed oil) - worth the investment!
  • 150 - 200 mL Chardonnay (or other quality, dry, white wine - Chablis, for example)
  • Sea salt, black pepper (both freshly ground / ground) - to taste.

How do you proceed?

Cut the chicken breast into 3-4 thin slices, just like for schnitzels.

Season them with salt and pepper, then grease them with vegetable oil.

Heat a non-stick pan (or a wok) - my Delimano utensil is provided (and) with a layer of stone - over high heat.

Brown the breast pieces in the hot pan (once you have thrown them in the pan, do not move them), 1 minute on each side, twice (if you do not understand, I am waiting for you in the comments, to explain more leisurely ).

Add the wine, reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat for about 5 minutes.

Remove the lid and wait for the entire liquid phase to evaporate. It doesn't take long: maximum 3-4 minutes during which time turn the meat from side to side, about the middle of the route.

In the end, it will look something like this:

If it does not look like in the picture above, throw it away and resume the procedure exactly following the instructions above.

When you succeed, you can serve the chicken breast thus prepared with a Thai curry and a glass of well-chilled Chardonnay / Chablis.

Pappardelle with chicken breast and baked peppers

Delicious, filling and quick to prepare, pasta is among the favorites of millions of people everywhere.

To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients:

  • 250 g pappardelle (or other broad pasta)
  • 5 red bell peppers or fleshy kapia, baked and cleaned, cut into strips about a finger thick
  • a medium-sized onion chopped scales
  • a larger chicken breast cut into strips
  • salt and pepper
  • a bunch of finely chopped green parsley.

The pasta is boiled in salted water, following the instructions on the package, after which they are drained.

In a hot non-stick pan put 2-3 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive or rapeseed oil and chicken breast. Turn the heat to medium and brown the chicken breast pieces on all sides. When the chicken breast is ready, take it out on a plate.

Put the onion and a pinch of salt in the oil left in the pan and cook until soft.

Add the baked pepper to the pan with the juices it leaves and cook for another 2 minutes, then add the pasta, season with salt and pepper, mix and remove the pan from the heat.

Serve hot pasta with 2-3 pieces of chicken breast, garnished with green parsley.

* If you hurry, you can stop cooking the onion, leaving it raw. You will get an equally delicious salad.

& # 8211 1/2 boneless and skinless chicken breast (approx. 300 g), 1 green onion, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 150 ml + 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 100 ml chicken soup , ½ tablespoon raw sugar, food starch, 2 tablespoons oil, salt, water

Peel an onion, finely chop and place in a bowl. Mix it with ginger, ½ teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon rice wine. Cut the meat into strips 2 cm wide, put in a bowl, mix, cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the soup, lemon juice and 150 ml of rice wine to obtain a sauce.

Heat the oil in a wok, put the meat with the sauce formed and fry on all sides for 4 minutes. Remove on paper towels and mix with 1 tablespoon of food starch. Wipe the wok well and heat over medium heat. Put the meat and fry on all sides for 1 minute. Pour the sauce and boil, stirring constantly, until it boils. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of starch in a tablespoon of water, pour into the wok and mix until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute. We serve hot food.

Spaghetti with chicken breast and cream

Delicious and filling, this recipe is quick to prepare, requiring a small portion to satiate you.

To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients:

  • a third packet of whole spaghetti
  • a boneless, diced chicken breast
  • 450 ml of cream
  • a handful of cheese on the large grater
  • 250 g of brown mushrooms, chopped slices
  • a medium-sized, yellow onion, finely chopped
  • a bunch of finely chopped green parsley (leaves only)
  • salt and pepper
  • half a teaspoon of food starch
  • 4 tablespoons cold-pressed rapeseed or olive oil.

The pasta is boiled in salted water, respecting the times indicated on the package, after which they are drained. Do not rinse under running water!

Separately, put the oil and the chicken breast in a non-stick pan and brown it on all sides, then take it out on a plate.

Put the onion in the remaining oil in the pan and fry it in half, then add the mushrooms. Stir in the mixture until the water left by the mushrooms evaporates and they are slightly browned.

Separately, the cream is mixed with the starch in a bowl. Put 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture in the pan in this bowl and mix, then pour the entire contents of the bowl into the pan.

Put the chicken breast back in the pan, add the cheese and let it boil for 3-4 minutes, over low heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

You can put the pasta in the pan or directly on the plate and put the chicken breast sauce on top of them.

How do we prepare the recipe for rice pilaf with chicken breast and vegetables?

To start, wash the chicken breast and cut it into medium-sized cubes. Put in a pot with 4 tablespoons of oil. Let it cook easily, then add the other vegetables cut into the desired shape, cubes or slices.

Add salt and cover the pot with a lid to cook the vegetables with the meat in its own juice. After about 20 minutes, add the rice and 300 ml of water.

Cover the pot again and let it boil until the rice is cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

You can use other vegetables if you want.

500 g tomatoes
300 g chicken fillets
4 pieces of garlic cloves
2 pcs medium onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon rosemary
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon of sugar

Method of preparation:
1. In a hot frying pan with oil, fry the chicken breast cut into small pieces until browned. Then add the finely chopped onion, stir and simmer the mixture under the lid. Boil the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Add the tomatoes to the pan and mix the composition well.
2. Add a little water and season with salt, pepper, sugar, basil, rosemary, oregano, cover with a lid and simmer the composition until the meat is ready. Add the crushed garlic, remove from the heat, cover with a lid and leave to soak for about 10 minutes. Serve the tomato sauce with tomatoes with previously cooked spaghetti.

250 ml whipped cream or cream
50 g of butter
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon of salt

Method of preparation:

1.Put the chopped spinach in a pan, add the butter, cover with a lid and simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Season with a pinch of salt and then add the cream (or light cream) and basil. Simmer the spinach sauce for about 10 minutes. Add pre-cooked pasta and mix well.

Method of preparation:

1.Cut the garlic into thin slices and fry it in olive oil. When it gets a golden hue, remove the garlic from the pan and replace the chopped onion. Fry the onion until golden brown, then add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes.
2. Add salt, pepper, basil and butter. When almost all the liquid has evaporated, add the cream (or sour cream), bring to the boil and simmer the pre-cooked pasta in this sauce.

I'm sorry to tell you that tomatoes don't come with sour cream of any kind! Either it's red sauce or it's white sauce with sour cream, you'll make some mistakes every time!
