This dessert does not require baking, and is made without eggs :)

  • 500 ml liquid cream without sugar
  • 150 ml of olive oil
  • 200 gr dark chocolate
  • 200 gr chocolate with hazelnuts (with pieces of hazelnuts, not whole)

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate mousse:

The chocolate melts in a baine-marie (I had simple chocolate powder that I mixed with a few tablespoons of milk and normal hazelnut chocolate).

Then add the olive oil and mix well until incorporated with the chocolate. Remove from the heat and leave to cool, do not put directly over the whipped cream because it melts.

Whip the whipped cream (the whipped cream does not have to be sweet because the mousse will be too sweet, now at everyone's choice).

Incorporate half of the whipped cream lightly with a spatula then add the other half and mix until well incorporated and will have a glossy color. Put with a spoon or a poshe a douille in glasses or bowls and let cool.

Good appetite!

GoodPlanet's not-so-common Vegan tip : easy vegan chocolate mousse by replacing eggs with chickpea water. Whisk the chickpea cooking water in the snow instead of the eggs: 3 tablespoons aquafaba = 1 egg. ยป
