Cake with Nutella, Walnut and Shit

Today we will do Sweet bread. You can also find a cake recipe on my channel, but this option is much simpler and can be made by anyone. cake is filled with Nutella, walnuts and shit.

Ingredient:
750 grams of flour
400 ml of lukewarm milk
100 ml of oil
3 yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
25 grams of fresh yeast
1 teaspoon salt

We'll start with the mayo. In a bowl put lukewarm milk, yeast, sugar and 5-6 tablespoons of flour. With a whisk, mix well. Let the mayonnaise sit for about 10 minutes while the yeast activates.

Then add the yolks, oil, flour and salt. We start to knead the dough by hand until everything is well blended. Pour the dough on the floured worktop and continue to knead it for about 15-20 minutes.

Form the dough into a ball and put it back in the bowl in which we made it. Leave the dough to rise for about an hour covered with a kitchen towel, in a warm place.

Ingredients for the filling:
300 grams of Nutella
150 grams of ground walnuts
400 grams of diced shit

When the dough has risen, take it out of the bowl on the floured worktop and form it again into a ball. Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Form each piece of dough into a ball.

We spread the first ball of dough with the rolling pin. Spread Nutella, sprinkle with ground walnuts and put shit. Roll the dough carefully to seal the filling well. We do the same with the second ball.

We weave the two twists. The first cake is ready. We put it in the form greased with oil and lined with baking paper. We continue to do the same with the second cake.

Let the cozonacs rise for about 30-40 minutes covered with a kitchen towel, in a warm place.

After the cozonacs have risen, grease them with a beaten egg. Bake the cozonacs at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden.

When they are baked, let them cool a bit, then we can cut them and serve.

  3. Sprinkle the flour on the work surface and knead the dough with your hands for about 5 minutes, until it becomes elastic and no longer sticks. Then spread in the form of a rectangle of 30x45cm, on which you apply even shit.

Leave the cozonac to rise again in a warm place for about 30 minutes, until it rises again.

      This was the third time I made cakes after this recipe. I got it from Cristina's mother, a specialist in the art of cooking, and I can only tell you that it's the perfect recipe for delicious holiday cakes.

      • 1 kg of flour
      • 200g sugar
      • 2 cubes of yeast
      • 50 ml oil
      • 50 ml melted butter
      • a pinch of salt
      • 7 yolks
      • peeled from an orange and a lemon
      • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
      • half a liter of milk (+ about 150 ml more milk to scald the poppy seeds)
      • walnut (300 g)
      • ground poppy seeds (one cup)
      • shit (200 g)

      150 g of flour is scalded with 250 ml of hot milk, ie half the required amount of milk. Then mix with a wooden spoon, because it is too hot to mix with your hand.

      For mayonnaise (mayonnaise is the composition in which the yeast dissolves): the yeast should be mixed with 0 teaspoon of sugar and a little warm milk. Be careful, warm, not hot or hot.
